🎆 Many confuse Memorial Day with Veterans Day. While both are federal holidays, each honor our military for different reasons.

🌹 “Memorial Day” (as typified in the name) pays homage to our heroic soldiers who now sleep in peace; some were our relatives and friends. We honor their brave, invaluable service each year on the last Monday of May. We honor their families too on this special day.

🌹“Veterans Day” (as the name specifies) celebrates our veterans, yearly, on the 11th day of November. Some are our relatives and friends who may still serve our military in diverse capacities.
